Reagor declared for the NFL Draft on Monday afternoon, saying it was time to chase his dream of winning a Super Bowl championship and follow in the footsteps of his father, Montae.
Reagor is viewed as a potential first-round talent and his decision created a buzz on social media.
Among the well wishers for Reagor? Baylor coach Matt Rhule.
“One of the best I have ever competed against,” Rhule wrote. “It was an honor to be on the field with you! Good luck.”

It is crazy to think that TCU Football lost all but one of their games by a combined 30 points! 36 more points scored, and the Horned Frogs could be playing Oklahoma on Saturday with a chance to make the College Football Playoffs on the line.
It’s tough to see a team lose so many close games, but when you are grooming a true freshman quarterback, it can be turned to become encouraging because the Horned Frogs were so close, and they will be returning their quarterback and most of their wide receivers (Jalen Reagor is up in the air with a possible first round draft selection on the line).

Reagor will be huge at the combine, and could work his way into the first or second round.
Montae Reagor played defensive tackle for the Colts from 2003-2006. He spent the first four years of his career with the Broncos and played for the Eagles in 2007.
The younger Reagor posted 72 catches for 1,061 yards and 13 carries for 170 yards while scoring 11 overall touchdowns during the 2018 season. TCU’s passing offense slumped this year and Reagor’s numbers — 43 catches for 611 yards and five touchdowns — did the same, although he did have two punt return touchdowns while leading the Big 12 in punt return average.

Before the game, Maggie’s brother and their sister Julie presented the Maggie Dixon Courage Award to the Nees family. The youngest Nees daughter, Emma, not only has down syndrome, she’s twice survived cancer. Her ailments couldn’t take away her natural joyfulness. When I met her later, Emma even offered me some of her candy. She brought a smile to the face of everyone on the court.
People like Emma and Maggie can serve as inspiration for people they come in contact with. In wanting to host the Classic at Schollmaier Arena, Pebley saw benefits for the part of the game’s future she influences most directly: her players. Watching them in the press conference after the game, it seemed apparent that they had been affected by what they learned of Maggie Dixon, both on Sunday and in the run-up to the event (which included a road game at West Point).
