FanPulse: Confidence Waning

This week’s poll went out prior to last night’s loss, so...

A win over a ranked Texas Tech team had fans feeling good, but yet another loss on the road (at Arkansas) revved up the doubts once again.

This week’s poll, taken before last night’s home loss to Texas — the first for the Frogs at Schollmaier Arena in 2020 — shows fan confidence beginning to trickle down after a bump from the victory over the Red Raiders a week ago. It’s sure to be even lower next week, barring a shock the world win over the #1 team in the country in Waco this weekend.

The Frogs’ last two opponents, Arkansas and Texas, have very different looks — Razorbacks supporters are all-in for Eric Musselman with 100% support, while Longhorn fans probably wish their team had lost last night to hurry Shaka out the door (though they did go up to 8% approval after posting just 3% the week prior).

Baylor fans are tipping the scales at 96% approval ratings heading into this weekend’s matchup.
