“Gary doesn’t do a whole lot”, except beat Texas

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the weirdest of times. TCU’s 33-31 victory over the Longhorns Saturday was among the oddest of the Gary Patterson era, but ultimately, his Horned Frogs came up on top once again in this storied rivalry.

This came after Tom Herman told reporters earlier in the week “Gary doesn’t do a whole lot”, a quote that was meant to be a compliment but turned into a rallying cry.
