Basketball:
RANK THEM COWARDS!
Does Pebley believe Top 25 voters lack respect for the Big 12 this season?
“You really probably need to ask the voters what’s going on with that,” Pebley said. “We also have [six] teams in the Top 50 RPI. We’re one of the only power-five leagues you play everybody home and away twice. To have to do that is grueling. Maybe it’s a lack of education or a lack of respect, I don’t know, but I do know there is a lot of statistical information that shows our league is one of the top two or top three in the country.”
All season, TCU hasn’t focused on the Top 25 rankings and instead has been locked in on making the NCAA tournament after just missing as a bubble team a year ago.
But Fennelly said the Horned Frogs won’t have a problem reaching the NCAA tournament this time around.
“They’ll be a tremendously tough out in the NCAA tournament,” Fennelly said. “I don’t know that anyone will want to draw them, especially on a second night when you have one day to prepare, that’s going to be hard to do for someone. They’ve earned the right to get a good seed, and hopefully that will be where they’ll be.”

VIP: TCU interested in Texas A&M transfer? | 247 Sports
Seems like a really good fit.
TCU could potentially be showing interest in a recent transfer from Texas A&M. On Thursday, Aggies defensive end Tyree Wilson entered his named into the NCAA Transfer Portal after spending two seasons with the Aggies.
Sources told HornedFrogBlitz on Friday that TCU and Wilson have spoken but the extent of those conversations have not been detailed. There appears to at least be some interest from both parties.
Las Vegas Raiders should target TCU cornerback Jeff Gladney | Just Blog Baby
Gladney seems like a good fit for the silver and black, doesn’t he?
Gladney played against receivers like CeeDee Lamb, Hollywood Brown, Collin Johnson, and many more extremely talented receivers over the past few years. Not only did he hold up against these receivers, he excelled.
He is an athletic marvel with some of the smoothest footwork you’d see in a corner prospect. One of the main reasons NFL Draft analysts don’t talk about him more is because of the insane talent in this upcoming draft. However, after Gladney blows up the NFL combine in Indy this month, he will be rising up draft boards.
Gladney is an experienced and battle tested cornerback that would bring some swagger back to the Raiders. According to Pro Football Focus, in 2018 he recorded a 90.2 overall grade with a passer rating allowed of an incredibly low 45.6. He also recorded 13 pass breakups in 2018, as well as 14 this past season.

TCU Women’s Rifle Team Gunning For Another National Title | CBS DFW
The best team we aren’t talking about. And they could win it all. Again.
During their successful run, the ladies at TCU have taken down rifle teams from the Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard.
Senior Katherine Miller said the reason is simple — women have their base in their waist while men rely more on their shoulders, allowing women to have a sturdier shot.
And the Lady Horned Frogs love being an example for other young girls on what can be accomplished, sophomore Kristen Hemphill said.
“It’s not technically seen as a girl sport, I would say, but it turns out girls are usually better at it,” Hemphill said.
But to the doubters who believe the team has an advantage on competition day, senior Casey Lutz said she’ll let her action speak louder than words.
