TCU Basketball has gone from bad to worse over the last several weeks, ending a six game slide with a home win over Kansas State, only to drop another game to Texas, the second time they’ve etched that bad loss this year.
FanPulse voting took place prior to Wednesday’s defeat in Austin, which may explain why fan confidence rose from 38% to 44% in this week’s poll. The home win over the Cats was enough to get people to believe again a little, but you can bet a loss to the Mountaineers Saturday will send folks jumping off the bandwagon in a hurry.
It’s a tough time overall to be a Big 12 Basketball fan; if you’re not a fan of the team in Waco (100% confidence rating) or Kansas (100% confidence rating), you might have some questions. That being said, middling teams like Oklahoma and Kansas State are polling well, and West Virginia isn’t far behind, either. The there is Texas, who has 5% of their fans being okay with the state of the program — which is still more than managed to show up for Wednesday night’s game.
The Frogs play Saturday at 1:00 PM at Schollmaier Arena.
