Jackson hails from nearby Mansfield Summit, and holds close to 40 offers from around the country, including Arizona, Baylor, Florida State, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, and Utah.
The 6-6, 320 pound offensive tackle is the first offensive lineman added to TCU’s class of 2021, growing the class to 5 in total. According to 247 Sports, Jackson is the #88 offensive tackle for the 2021 class, and the #155 player from the state of Texas.
This is expected to be a smaller class for the Frogs, so every spot matters, and all indicators are that Jackson’s addition to the class is a big win for TCU.
TCU saw it’s experienced offensive line struggle at times in 2019 and is looking to grow a young batch of linemen in 2020, as Frog fans look to that position group as one that needs to succeed if the offense is going to show signs of improvement.
Welcome to the Frog Fam, Jacoby!
