The 6’6”, 320 pound athlete has spent the year at Georgia Military College, who cancelled their football season this year. He’s expecting to graduate this December and be on TCU’s campus in January.
The Florida native held offers from Houston, West Virginia, and South Carolina, but the Frogs were the first Power Five program to offer him. That played a role in his decision, according to an interview he gave to Jeremy Clark of Horned Frog Blitz.
“There was always a relationship because TCU was the first school to start this whole recruiting process with me,” he said. “I had to focus on the best option I had. I felt like I had the connection with coach and would be able to build that bond. I trusted them in the whole process.”
A top five player at his position and the number two prep school prospect out of Florida, Belton is the second offensive lineman in the class of 2021. He joins Rose Hill, KS prospect Noah Bolticoff as future O Line U members.
Belton is a big guy who has worked hard to improve his mobility, and his size and experience make him a candidate to play early for the Frogs. You can see his skill and ability in the clip below:

Belton is a great addition to a class that is expected to be small but is very strong and talented. Give him a hearty welcome to the Frog Fam!
