Isn’t it awesome to have baseball news? We’ve gotten quite a bit of that this week, with Thursday’s announcement of the College Baseball Showdown, a Big 12 and SEC three day weekend tournament that will open up the 2021 season. We got more Friday when the Big 12 schedule dropped.
A Happy Friday Indeed ⚾️

Our 2021 @Big12Conference schedule has arrived! #FrogballUSA | #GoFrogs pic.twitter.com/bKzavZUXQs
The Frogs face a loaded slate in what is one of the country’s toughest conferences, with five teams starting the season in the Top 25. TCU will begin their Big 12 title hunt with a home series against Baylor and have their first road contest at Oklahoma, before a stretch that sees three ranked opponents in four weeks of play. Road series at #3 Texas Tech and #14 West Virginia stand out as especially perilous, and facing #9 Texas and #20 Oklahoma State won’t be a cake walk either, even at the friendly confines of Lupton Stadium.
Ticket and attendance information is forthcoming, as is the non conference schedule. We will keep you post as more information becomes available.
