TCU football has now tied its total number of transfer portal additions from last offseason. After securing 13 new players after the 2022 season, the Horned Frogs have now reached 13 new players this offseason, with former Tulsa safety Jaise Oliver announcing his pledge to TCU in an Instagram post Tuesday. Oliver appeared in 12 games for the Golden Hurricane during the 2023 season, totaling 48 tackles with four interceptions and six pass breakups. Oliver spent five seasons at Tulsa, recording 112 total tackles over 41 career appearances.
Oliver becomes the 13th transfer portal addition this offseason for the Horned Frogs, who currently feature the No. 4 ranked transfer portal class for 2024, according to 247Sports. The 6-foot-2, 203-pound redshirt senior from Fairfield, Texas also becomes the second defensive back to commit to the Horned Frogs, joining Cal Poly’s Donovan Saunders. Oliver has 101 total tackles, six interceptions and one forced fumble over the last three seasons
