A quirky thing happened in the middle of the seventh inning when TCU played Abilene Christian on Tuesday night.
As the full moon peaked behind the clouds at stretch time, the lights of the stadium suddenly shut off.

The game had to be put on hold until the lights came back on.

Naturally, Twitter had fun with this.

All I did was plug in somebody's laptop. The cord had come out of the outlet.

According to Carlos Mendez of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the lights had to cool before coming back on.

But the light returned eventually, and once again, all was right with the world as the Frogs finished the night with a 6-4 win.
