When a pitcher is pitching a no-hitter, we don't talk about it, Tweet about it, Facebook it, Instagram it, Snapchat it...we just don't mention it. Anywhere, anytime.
And yet, for whatever reason during Monday night's matchup between the Cincinnati Reds and Chicago Cubs, Brandon Finnegan's accomplishment through six innings was shamelessly proclaimed through the Twitterverse.

Twitter knew it and called it out instantly.

Sure enough in the following inning, Finnegan allowed a single and later walked another batter. With two on base, the Reds sat Finnegan and called out the bullpen. And, of course, the Cubs rallied and won the game 5-3.
Why, cruel world?
Well, it wouldn't be the first time this has happened to a Frog.
