WATCH: Finnegan's first major league hit

So TCU lost. Booooo!

The Rangers and Bryan Holaday lost. Booooo!

But thankfully at least one Frog won his game Wednesday night. That Frog was pitcher Brandon Finnegan, and...wait. Finny, what are you doing?

No, your eyes did not deceive you. Finny was at the plate batting for the Cincinnati Reds! His first major league hit was a single to center field.

Finny did double duty hitting and pitching against the Philadelphia Phillies. He pitched six innings with three hits, two earned runs, one walk and nine strikeouts. The Reds won 3-2.

Seriously. So proud.
